The 2025 ANSES-CIQUAL table

The 2025 version includes:

Since the last version published in 2020, The table also introduces seven new vitamin components, including, for example, a distinction between added folic acid and naturally occurring folates for vitamin B9.

more than 113,000 new high-quality data points have been integrated. This update has led to the addition of 300 new products, including skyr, sweet potato fries, tacos, etc.

In addition, several food groups have been extensively updated, such as breakfast cereals, cheeses, fresh dairy products, biscuits and cakes, whole-grain products, breads and pastries, hot beverages, and delicatessen meat.

The table also introduces seven new vitamin components, including, for example, a distinction between added folic acid and naturally occurring folates for vitamin B9.

This new version comes with enhanced methodological documentation, ensuring greater transparency and enabling more effective use of data.
